Alliance Publications

The Alliance produces a number of original print publications as well as oral and poster presentations for international conferences and meetings. These publications include educational resources for a broad audience, such as the Alliance Fact Sheets. Other publications are intended to offer guidance to specific groups involved in microbicide research and development, such as the Microbicide Development Strategy and the Resource Directory. In addition, the Alliance has produced presentations for multiple conferences in the past few years describing the need for microbicides to prevent sexually transmitted infections, identifying the challenges encountered in the current clinical trials, and analyzing trends in media and journal coverage of microbicides over the past 15 years.
